I’m Tori, and I’m the owner and lead Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer of GOLD ATHLETICS, LLC. I graduated with my BS in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2018. To expand on my undergraduate degree, I got my CPT and Nutrition Coach certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Sports Nutrition certification with Precision Nutrition (Pn1). I have been training clients of all ages since 2014- from Cardiac Rehab specialties to online coaching, and everything in between. I specialize in nutrition/lifestyle, weight loss, transformations, muscle growth, and competition prep. On a personal note, I have ALWAYS been an athlete. As a kid, I played soccer, basketball, and softball, and transitioned strictly to bodybuilding in college with the goal of competing as a bikini bodybuilder. In 2020, I competed for the first time in the NPC Bodybuilding federation. Over the years, I have placed first in every open height class that I competed in, taken two overall titles, and placed 2nd and 5th in two national shows as I continue to hunt for my IFBB professional bodybuilding title. In addition to coaching, I have a Master’s degree in Nursing and am a nursing administrative supervisor at a children’s hospital. I also have a LOVE for baking. It’s an obsession, really. I enjoy taking family favorites and testing them out with healthy swaps to make macro-friendly treats and meals that everyone enjoys! You’ll frequently find me posting about my favorite desserts and meals on social media and here in the nutrition tab! My husband, two dogs, and cat are my whole world. This marked the formal creation of Gold Athletics, LLC, as an online and in-person personal training and nutrition coaching business. Since making an online presence, Tori has been able to help clients from various states across the US, as well as clients in Japan, Egypt, Europe, and more. Bodybuilding competitors, Military, Nurses, and other professionals looking to transform their bodies and achieve optimal health, have trusted Tori with their mission and have gone above and beyond their expectations.
